Skrib

Why does writing live in four apps?

I was the writer with the problem: a screenplay in one app, the plan in another, research in a third, and a notebook holding it together. So we built the studio that puts the whole craft in one place.

Built in Tbilisi, for writers everywhere.

George
Sermon

Co-founder, CEO

Directed films at 16, co-produced a feature with David Lynch as executive producer, finished his first novel at 20. Directed a national TV series, then started Skrib because he was tired of writing across four apps. Still the studio's heaviest user.

Sandro
Kadagidze

Co-founder, CCO

Trained as an architect, spent seven years as a 3D generalist on global VFX projects, taught himself product design building his first startup. Shapes how the studio looks, feels, and works.

Giorgi
Kurshubadze

Co-founder, CTO

Ten years from hands-on web development to enterprise systems across Georgia. First engineer at Skrib, built the core architecture, now runs the engineering team in Tbilisi.

Where we are.

Skrib is in beta. Here is the honest order of things.

  1. 2025

    The Draft

Blank and screenplay formats, versions inside one project.

  2. 2025

    The Plan

A canvas of notes, stickies, images and PDFs beside the page.

  3. 2025

    The Library

Search back through everything you import.

  4. 2025

    The Companion

Marked suggestions you accept or reject, on the models you pick.

  5. In progress

    Collaboration

Real-time drafting with an editor or a co-writer.

  6. Next

    HAAS

Proof a person wrote it, kept as you write.

  7. Later

    Mobile and offline

A native app, and writing with no connection.

The bet

Every long piece of writing dies the same way. Not from a bad idea, from scattered attention.

Our bet is that writers deserve what every other craft has always had: a studio. One room where the plan hangs next to the page, the research sits one glance away, and nothing pulls you out of the work.

We are building that room.

Write like you mean it.
