Project Proposal Template

You’re asking someone to spend money on something that doesn’t exist yet.

• Deliverables: The tangible things that exist at the end.

• Resources & Team: Who’s needed, for how long, and what you’re asking to borrow.

• Budget: Costs broken down, with your spreadsheet attached from the Library.

• Risks & Mitigation: What could go wrong and what you’d do - the section that signals you’ve thought it through.

• Success Criteria: How anyone will know afterwards whether it worked.

• Approvals & Stakeholders: Who signs, who’s consulted, who’s merely informed.
